Jeanane M. Ferre, PhD, CCC-A, is a nationally recognized expert in Central Auditory Processing Disorders with over 35 years of experience. This session will cover what we KNOW about processing disorders and their impact on a student’s academic success, communication, and sense of self, best practices for assessment by the AuD and SLP, and effective intervention that includes remediation that will reduce/resolve specific deficiencies and management strategies to minimize impact on the learner’s life.
