A new federal grant is funding the scaling and research of a high yield / low lift evidence-based literacy approach for teaching writing in response to high quality texts. Participating schools receive free materials, professional learning and stipends, and will be randomly assigned to Year 1 or 2 PD. Preference given to 40% or more to schools that receive f/r lunch.
